This Payment Policy explains the payment arrangements for orders placed through kcnjfs.shop.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders placed through kcnjfs.shop.

If Cash on Delivery is displayed as available during checkout, the customer may place the order using this payment method.

We do not claim to accept payment methods that are not displayed as available during the checkout process.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), payment is made in connection with delivery according to the instructions provided during checkout or by the delivery service.

3. Payment Currency

If COD is not displayed as available during checkout, customers should not assume that COD is available for that order.

7. Refunds for Cash on Delivery Orders

Because COD payments are made in connection with delivery, it may not be technically possible to return a refund through the same payment channel.

Where a refund is due for a COD order, we may arrange the refund by bank transfer or another refund method expressly agreed with the customer.

We may request information reasonably necessary to process the refund.

8. Payment Issues

If you experience a problem with the payment or ordering process, please contact us before attempting repeated orders.

Please provide your order number where an order has already been created.

Nothing in this Payment Policy excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Where products are offered to consumers in Germany, applicable mandatory German and European Union consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
